Terms of Service

This agreement is a legal contract between you and Kuromis VPN (the "Service Provider") governing the download, installation, and use of the App.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App except where applicable law permits. All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the Service Provider. We may adjust features or pricing from time to time, and users are responsible for keeping their devices secure and their account credentials confidential. Jailbreaking or rooting may reduce device security and affect service availability.

The Service may rely on third-party tools and platforms, including analytics, crash reporting, and payment-related services. Use of those components may also be subject to the terms and policies of the relevant providers.

The App depends on network availability. If it cannot be used because of local signal quality, data limits, carrier restrictions, roaming charges, or unpaid device or service bills, the Service Provider is not responsible for resulting losses or fees. Please confirm that you are authorized to incur any related network charges before using the App.

You are responsible for your own use of the App. We do not guarantee that every route, node, or third-party integration will always be available or error free. We may release updates for compatibility, security, or performance reasons, and you agree to install them when needed. We may also suspend or end the service at any time, after which your license to use the App will terminate.
